POSITION: INBOUND SALES AGENTS
Requirements:
- Receive calls from American customers on various campaigns
- Have extensive experience in sale both inbound or outbound
- Have excellent customer service skills as well
- Have some training in Sales, Telemarketing, Account Management or customer service
- Be one of the high ranking sellers in his/her previous job
- Be money-driven, self-motivated, hardworking and honest
- Be a quick-learner, detail-oriented and knowledgeable on basic MS Office applications
- Have the ability to convince, persuade and present products based on customer’s needs
- Preferably with 2-4 years experience in inbound/outbound sales and /or customer service. Only experienced call center agents may apply.
- Excellent command of the English language, preferably with a neutral accent
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
